You’ve heard the saying, “you are what you eat”. This is such a true statement because as we age we all know how we feel after we’ve eaten a burger combo with large fries and an extra large drink versus how we feel after eating a lettuce wrap with fresh fruit and a glass of water. Most importantly, what we we can effect our skin and it’s natural glow.
This week’s beauty tip is just a quick reminder of some important foods to have in your diet.

*Foods rich in Vitamin A – Yogurt
*Foods rich in Vitamin C – Oranges
*Foods with antioxidants – Strawberries, Bueberries, Plums
*Foods high in fatty acid – Fish Oil Pills, Salmon, Walnuts, Flax Seed
*Foods with anti-inflammatory properties – Green Tea
*Foods that keep you hydrated – Water, Grapes, Watermelon
